The Yoga Moon Salutations, also known as Chandra Namaskar, is a relaxing practice. These poses are powerful and practicing them around a new moon is a good time to release what no longer serves us. This practice will help to release tension stored in the subtle, energetic body, so that you can open yourself up to receive all the celestial gifts the new moon has to offer you. Enhancing your yoga practice with aromatherapy is a way to create more expanse in the mind, soothe the central nervous system, and allow your body to enter a deep state of relaxation and harmony.”
